Rail&Fly includes the rail journey:

  • from/to any of the more than 6,000 railway stations in Germany
  • from/to any airport in Germany as well as Basel airport, on the entire DB rail network (approx. 34,000 kilometres of track
  • on all trains (including ICE) except Thalys, DB Autozug, special trains and only to a limited extent on DB night trains (train rides within one transport association only in combination with long distance trains)
  • for ICE Sprinter trains, there is a compulsory reservation and a separate surcharge of 15 EUR for the 1st class and 10 EUR for the 2nd class. You can make the reservation/pay the surcharge in our DB travel centres (Reisezentrum) and at DB-licensed travel agencies
  • with only one ticket integrated in your booklet of airline ticketsbook

Rail&Fly Amsterdam - Your train to your plane from Amsterdam Schiphol

The train journey to Amsterdam Schiphol is now even more favourably-priced and simpler for many passengers travelling to Asia. The reason: With immediate effect, customers can board their feeder train to Amsterdam directly with their Railway Germany to Amsterdam flight ticket without a supplement.

Note: Rail&Fly Amsterdam is valid for passengers travelling with Eva Airways, China Airlines, Garuda Indonesia Martin Air, Air India and Air Astana.
